According to various embodiments of the present invention, in a specific weak acidic condition pH 6.0 to 7.0, which a cancer disease part has, and more preferably, only in an acidic condition pH 6.5 to 6.8, the surface of nanoparticles for the drug delivery is converted into positive charge capable of effectively penetrating into cells, and thus an effect of specifically reacting with cancer cells and effectively delivering drugs to cancer cells can be achieved.
