The present invention relates to a system for checking the location of a needle and the removal of the needle. The needle removal tracking system using an image comprises a photographing means which takes a picture to check the location of the needle and the removal of the needle； an analysis means which analyzes the image taken by the photographing means and checks the location of the needle and the removal of the needle； and a display means which displays a checked result of the location of the needle and the removal of the needle based on the result analyzed by the analysis means. Therefore, incomplete removal of the needle is prevented by photographing a treatment area and analyzing the image so as to track the removal of the needle.본 발명은 시술된 침의 위치 및 제거 여부를 확인하기 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로, 시술된 침의 위치와 발침 여부를 확인하기 위하여 촬영을 하는 촬영 수단；상기 촬영 수단에 의해 촬영된 영상을 분석하여 침의 위치와 발침 여부를 확인하기 위하여 분석하는 분석 수단；분석 수단에 의해 분석된 결과를 기준으로 시침 위치, 발침 여부에 관한 확인 결과를 표시하는 표시 수단；을 포함하는 것으로 구성되어, 시술 영역을 촬상하고 영상 분석을 통하여 발침을 추적하는 것에 의해 불완전한 발침으로 발생하는 문제를 막을 수 있도록 한 영상을 이용한 발침 추적 시스템에 관한 것이다.
