In addition, since purity of the salt increases, basic functions of the salt such as purification, sterilization, cleansing, and moisturizing can be enhanced. When used in manufacturing of a cosmetic component, the salt may exhibit excellent formulation stability and thus, can be usefully applicable in the development of food or cosmetics.
