PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel opening or closing mechanism in which a blockage of the flow channel caused by deformation of a tube is hardly produced and provide a peritoneal dialysis device having the flow channel opening or closing mechanism.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a flow channel opening or closing mechanism 1 for opening or closing a liquid flow channel formed inside a flexible tube. This mechanism has a clamp part 20 including pressing members 21 capable of pressing the tube and a driving mechanism 22 for forwarding or retracting the pressing members 21 in a first direction so as to close the flow channel by forwarding the pressing members 21 and to release the flow channel by retracting the pressing members 21, and a guide member 30 for restricting a position of the tube near the clamp part 20.
