The present invention provides a hormesis inducing device for fruits and vegetables, comprising: a control unit which determines the strength of stimulation according to bio-information of fruits and vegetables being harvested or being grown, and which controls at least one from among the kind of light, the amount of the light, the light irradiation time, the wavelength of the light, and the temperature on the basis of the determined strength of the stimulation and a stimulation generation unit which irradiates the fruits and the vegetables with light on the basis of the determined strength of the stimulation or adjusts the temperature to apply the adjusted temperature. According to the present invention, individually optimized hormesis inducing conditions can be provided to various kinds of vegetables and fruits.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dinduction dhormèse pour fruits et légumes, ledit dispositif comprenant : une unité de commande qui détermine lintensité de stimulation en fonction dinformations biologiques relatives aux fruits et aux légumes récoltés ou cultivés, et qui régule au moins un paramètre parmi le type de lumière, la quantité de lumière, le temps dexposition à la lumière, la longueur donde de la lumière, et la température sur la base de lintensité de stimulation déterminée et une unité de génération de stimulation qui expose les fruits et les légumes à de la lumière sur la base de lintensité de stimulation déterminée ou régule la température.
