PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard gummi candy-like structure and a method for producing the same that can be easily eaten with gusto in the same way as conventional hard gummi candy as food good for health and beauty culture and that can be licked or chewed well and can stay long in the mouth with a pleasant feel in the mouth without sticking to the teeth even if chewed well.SOLUTION: This fruit-containing hard gummi candy-like structure contains, as a solid content, (a) 37.5-67.5 wt.% collagen peptide with an average molecular weight of 20,000 or less, (b) 5.0-18.8 wt.% polydextrose, and (c) 25.0-50.0 wt.% dried fruit, and has a moisture value of 9-15 wt.%.
