PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroencephalogram processing apparatus configured to objectively evaluate the sound quality using the electroencephalogram of a user.SOLUTION: A sound generating means of the electroencephalogram processing apparatus generates sounds. An electroencephalogram measuring means measures the electroencephalogram of the user listening to the sounds generated from the sound generating means. An analysis means statistically analyzes the electroencephalogram measured by the electroencephalogram measuring means. A discriminatory analysis means discriminatorily analyzes the electroencephalogram based on the result of the analysis by the analysis means.
