PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnosis supporting device for informing an operator of the effect of not performing shade discriminating processing, when displaying an image having no object internal organ.
SOLUTION: This image diagnosis supporting device includes a multi-valuing means for making a multi-valued image by applying predetermined image processing to a medical image, and an extracting means for extracting a lesion candidate shade treated as a candidate for a lesion by performing at least one or more of discriminating processing on the multi-valued image made by the multi-valuing means, and includes a means for determining the performance of the discriminating processing by the existence of the presence of the object internal organ for inspecting the lesion, a means for attaching a predetermined mark to the medical image of not performing the discriminating processing, and a means for displaying the medical image attached with the mark.
