PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating holder which surely holds a holder main body to thereby perform sure insulating processing, an endoscope apparatus which is equipped with an endoscope insertion tube electrically connected without leaking to other parts by using the insulating holder and to provide an adapter for an endoscope and an endoscope system.
SOLUTION: The insulating holder 40 fixes an electrode in an electrically insulated state to an apparatus main body to which the electrode is attached, and is equipped with: a holder main body 42 having an electrode insertion part 43 formed of a groove or a hole in which the electrode is inserted to be held and an insulating coating film 47 covering over the internal contact surface 46 of the holder main body 42 coming in contact with the electrode and also covering over the external contact surface 44a coming in contact at least with the apparatus main body out of an outer surface 44 exposed to the outside and electrically insulating them. Then, a locking part 45 capable of holding the electrode in a direction nearly orthogonal to an insertion direction A where the electrode is inserted is formed at least at a part of the outer surface 44 of the holder main body 42.
