PURPOSE: An asexual propagation method of salix caprea using cuttings is provided to process the cutting with a rooting promotion agent for promoting the rooting of the cuttings. CONSTITUTION: An asexual propagation method of salix caprea comprises the following steps: collecting cuttings from the salix caprea from March 28th to April 14th； processing the cuttings with 90~110mgL-1 of rooting promotion agent for 50-70 minutes； and planting the cuttings on culture soil. The rooting promotion agent is IBA(indole-3-butyric acid).본 발명은 삽목을 이용한 호랑버들의 무성증식방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 호랑버들(Salix caprea L.)에서 삽수를 채취하는 단계； 상기 채취된 삽수에 발근촉진제를 처리하는 단계； 상기 발근촉진제가 처리된 삽수를 배양토에 삽목하는 단계； 를 포함하는 삽목을 이용한 호랑버들 무성증식방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 삽목을 이용한 호랑버들 증식방법은 무성번식 방법인 삽목을 이용하기 때문에 호랑버들에 있어서 유전적으로 동일한 모수의 형질을 그대로 유지할 수 있어 유용 물질 생산 및 바이오 에너지 생산림 조성을 통한 안정적인 종자생산을 유도할 수 있어 유성증식에 대한 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한 묘목의 생산 기간을 단축시킬 수 있으며 적은 비용으로 대량 생산할 수 있어 호랑버들 관련 산업에 크게 기여할 수 있어 산업상 이용가능성이 매우 우수하다.
