The normal vertical position of the spine of the user is recorded using a built-in frontal video camera with subsequent transmission of the video image to the software of the computer. The software and the video camera determine the projection of the distance between the centres of eyes recorded on the video image for a comfortable distance between the user and the computer screen, which is not less than twice the diagonal of the screen. The video camera records the behaviour of change in the projection of the distance between the centres of the eyes in a frame over time. If the distance between the user and the computer screen is less than twice the diagonal of the screen, a warning is displayed on the screen. The warning is the display of visual effects on the screen image and/or sound and/or vibration signals. The shorter the distance between the user and the screen, the more intense the visual effects in the form of screen blur and/or sound and/or vibration signals. The visual effect used to allow the user to detect change in the distance between the centres of eyes in the frame projection is screen darkening and/or an animated image. After 30 minutes of operation of the software, a message is displayed on the screen indicating the need for a break and eye resting and eye relaxing exercises or a recommendation for a 5 minute break is displayed, after which the visual effect on the screen and further signals are turned off.
