PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane-containing oil composition which can disperse water effectively when allowed to coexist with water.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oil composition containing water, polyether-modified silicone with HLB value of 3.5 or more to less than 6.0, and decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane. As the polyether-modified silicone, polyoxyethylene methylpolysiloxane copolymer is preferable, and the one represented by the following formula (2) is more preferable.
