The present invention relates to an acupressure band for growth. The acupressure band can be used by being worn on a foot like a sock to protect an ankle and continuously stimulate an acupuncture point for facilitating growth, sleep, and nutrition absorption through an acupressure plate installed in the band, so that the same can help the growth of adolescents during the period of growth. The acupressure band comprises: a band part formed in a cylindrical shape, which is fitted on a foot and an ankle to pressurize the same； a plate-shaped acupressure plate performing acupressure on the foot and the ankle while being partially fixed to an inner surface of the band part； and a stick-shaped acupressure protrusion radiated with respect to the center of an upper surface of the acupressure plate. By providing low stimulation to a user, the user does not feel inconvenience even when continuously using the band. The acupressure plate can be moved to correspond to changes in the body of the user.
