PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus, systems and methods for achieving thermally induced renal neuromodulation therapy by intravascular access.SOLUTION: An elongated shaft 16 is sized and configured to deliver a thermal element 24 to a renal artery via an intravascular path.
