PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of displaying an auxiliary line for assisting observation of an attention site at an appropriate position of a radiation image, a radiographic image capturing system, image processing method, and image processing program.SOLUTION: An overall control part 50 of a console 20 acquires a radiation image of a subject W captured a radiographic image capturing device 12 for capturing a radiation image. Further, the overall control part 50 acquires body thickness information representing the body thickness of the subject W in a direction of transmitting radiation R.
