PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that on brushing agricultural products such as potatoes, etc., while revolving a rotary brush, cleaning residues develop at both of the side surfaces of the agricultural products and the whole circumferential surfaces of the agricultural products cannot be cleaned.SOLUTION: This device for cleaning the agricultural products is provided by laying many rotating brush rollers 7, 8 sideways by having a regular distance in parallel, installing a first screw brush roller 31 having a screw groove 31a and a second screw brush roller 32 having a reverse directional screw groove 32a separately in the upper direction of a conveying trajectory of a brush roller conveyer 4 rotating endlessly and separately installed with a plurality of housing recessed parts 7a for housing the potatoes P which are bodies to be cleaned, between the adjacent brush rollers in the axial direction of the brush rollers, fitting the rolling potatoes P in the housing recessed parts 7a into each of the screw grooves 31a, 32a and also brushing the both of the side surfaces of the potatoes P with the brush part between the screw grooves by the rotation of the first screw brush roller 31 and the second screw brush roller 32.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】馬鈴薯などの農産物を回転ブラシで転動させながらブラッシングする際、農産物の両側面に清浄残りが発生し、農産物の全周面を清浄できない。【解決手段】自転する多数本のブラシローラ7、8を一定の間隔を有して平行に横架し、隣接するブラシローラ間に被清浄体である馬鈴薯Pを収容する収容凹部7aを該ブラシローラの軸方向に隔設して複数設けた無端回動するブラシローラコンベア4の搬送軌道の上方に、螺旋溝31aを有する第1螺旋ブラシローラ31と、逆方向の螺旋溝32aを有する第2螺旋ブラシローラ32を隔設して設け、収容凹部7a内で転動している馬鈴薯Pが各螺旋溝31a、32aに嵌まり込むと共に、第1螺旋ブラシローラ31と第2螺旋ブラシローラ32の回転で螺旋溝の間のブラシ部により馬鈴薯Pの両側面がブラッシングされる。【選択図】図2
