PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device downsizing of which is achieved and which is improved in wearing feeling, waterproof properties, dust proofness and shock resistance.SOLUTION: An electronic device 10 is provided with a plurality of electrodes 18a, 18b, electronic parts, a substrate, and a housing. The plurality of electrodes 18a, 18b are located so as to separate from each other. The electronic parts are electrically connected to the plurality of electrodes 18a, 18b. The substrate supports the plurality of electrodes 18a, 18b and the electronic parts.
