PURPOSE: A prone stander capable of controlling is provided to easily control the height and let the buffer absorb shock according to the height or disability of the trainer at a low price. CONSTITUTION: A prone stander capable of controlling is used for the standing up training. The prone stander capable of controlling comprises a base plate (100) which installed a rotary plate (130) on the top portion to rotate and has a footstool on the rotary plate； a pair of support stands installed face to face across the footstool on the rotary plate； a control stand (300) which installs each support stand (200) to control the length in a longitudinal direction and controls the height by absorbing the shock with the buffer (310) which one side is mounted on the rotary plate； an actuator (320) which one end portion is mounted on the member (321) fixed between the pair of support stand and the other end portion is mounded to control the angle at the base plate to rotate the rotary plate； and a knee support stand (400) installed between the control stand and controls the vertical height and the horizontal gap.본 발명은 훈련자의 키나 장애 정도에 따라 높이 조절시 조절볼트를 이완시킨 다음 상판이나 조절대 등을 누름에 따라 완충기가 완충작용과 함께 높이 조절이 함께 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 저렴하면서도 높이 조절을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 프론 스탠더를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.또한, 본 발명은 완충기를 유압-스프링 방식 또는 가스-스프링 방식의 완충기를 사용함으로써, 기존의 전동식 액츄에이터에 비하여 전원소비가 없으면서도 저렴하게 제작하여 쉽게 높이 조절이 가능하도록 한 프론 스탠더를 제공하는데 다른 목적이 있다.그리고, 본 발명은 훈련자의 무릎을 지지하는 무릎 보호대가 노브를 이완시킨 다음 상하 뿐만 아니라 좌우 방향으로도 쉽게 위치조절이 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로써, 훈련자의 상태나 장애 정도에 따라 원하는 위치로 무릎보호대의 위치 조절을 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있도록 한 프론 스탠더를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
