The invention provides a method for synthesis and application of the polymeric matrices series within systems for controlled release of biologically active agents of various sizes, structure and hydrophilicity. Obtained polymer systems for controlled release have shown specific properties, which makes them suitable for both oral and topical use. Oral administration of obtained systems may provide controlled/targeted release, which prevents side effects of the active agents on the organs of gastro-intestinal tract upper part, which occur when conventional doze forms are used. Topical administration of obtained systems for controlled release of zinc, which has antibacterial properties and participates in damaged tissue regeneration actively, may find significant place in the area of wound healing. Synthesis and application of the invention contributes to the development of sophisticated polymer systems for controlled/targeted release of the active agents, which leads to pharmacotherapy increased efficiency.Pronalazak se odnosi na dobijanje i primenu serije polimernih matrica u sistemima za kontrolisano otpuštanje biološki aktivnih agenasa različite veličine, strukture i hidrofilnosti. Dobijeni polimerni sistemi za kontrolisano otpuštanje su pokazali specifična svojstva koja ih čine pogodnim i za oralnu i topikalnu primenu. Oralnom primenom dobijenih sistema može se obezbediti kontrolisano/ciljano otpuštanje, kojim se sprečavaju neželjeni efekti aktivnih agenasa ispoljeni na organima gornjeg dela gastrointestinalnog trakta nastali primenom konvencionalnih doznih formi. Topikalna primena dobijenih sistema za kontrolisano otpuštanje cinka koji pokazuje antibakterijska svojstva i aktivno učestvuje u regeneraciji oštećenog tkiva, može pronaći značajno mesto u oblasti lečenja rana. Dobijanje i primena predmetnog pronalska doprinosi razvoju sofisticiranih polimernih sistema za kontrolisano/ciljano otpuštanje aktivnih agenasa, čime se povećava efikasnost farmakoterapije.
