The present invention relates to a therapeutic compound comprising : - an agent that inhibits the activity of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of FOXS1, CREB5, HIC1, IRF7, POU2F2, SIX2, STAT4, TCF4, and/or - an agent that enhances the activity of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of MAF, MEOX2, SIX2 for use in the prevention and/or treatment of fibrosis, hypertrophic scar or keloid.Cette invention concerne un composé thérapeutique comprenant : - un agent qui inhibe l'activité d'au moins un gène choisi dans le groupe constitué par FOXS1, CREB5, HIC1, IRF7, POU2F2, SIX2, STAT4, TCF4, et - un agent qui améliore l'activité d'au moins un gène choisi dans le groupe constitué par MAF, MEOX2, SIX2, ledit composé thérapeutique étant destiné à prévenir et/ou à traiter la fibrose, une cicatrice hypertrophique ou chéloïdienne.
