The present invention relates to a method for collecting spores of Gracilaria verrucosa which comprises: a first step of drying leaves of Gracilaria verrucosa at a low temperature and inducing release of spores； a second step of attaching the leaves to a collection string and releasing carpospores； and a third step of arranging the collection string, to which the carpospores are attached, in a water tank and culturing the same.
