The invention provides a hand palm and finger rehabilitation practicing method and device. The method includes providing plural spacing modular blocks matched with the phalange of a human body, and cascading the plural spacing modular blocks into plural sets of segmented spacing modular blocks passing plural individual elastic branch sheets through the structure of each set of segmented spacing modular blocks, so that one end of the branch sheet is a fixed end and the other end an active end, and having the segmented spacing modular blocks connected in linking with a driving mechanism and positioning the fingers to be rehabilitated onto the spacing modular blocks, using the driving mechanism to drive the fingers to perform flexions so as to do pull movements, and then shifting the driving mechanism toward an opposite direction to form extension movements via elastic restoring force generated by the elastic branch sheets that are forced to bend, thereby enabling the damaged portion to perform a rehabilitation practicing activity before becoming rigid or getting worse.一種手部掌指復健練習方法及其裝置,包括設有多數配合人體指骨的多數間隔模塊,將所述多數模塊串組成多數組分節式間隔模塊;以多數個別彈性支片穿過每一組分節式模塊結構,使支片一端為固定端,另一端為活動端,與一驅動機構接合連動;將復健手指定位於間隔模塊,由驅動機構驅使手指以屈曲(flexion)動作引拉,然後使驅動機構反向位移,透過支片受力彎曲後的彈性恢復力形成伸展(extension)動作,從而可在患部形成僵化或其他不良影響前即可進行復健練習活動。10‧‧‧手掌承板20‧‧‧定位裝置21‧‧‧支片22‧‧‧間隔模塊30‧‧‧驅動機構31‧‧‧往復運動構件32‧‧‧引拉構件34‧‧‧原動機35‧‧‧致動導桿213‧‧‧組接頭(銷插座)
