Examples of the ultraviolet scattering agent are titanium oxide particles and zinc oxide particles having a mean particle size of 100 nm or smaller. In addition, the resin forming the resin powder may be, in particular, a thermoplastic resin (for example, a polyamide resin). Such a plate-like resin powder may be a powder which is obtained by processing a plurality of resin particles including an ultraviolet scattering agent into plates.
