A resin powder including an ultraviolet scattering agent (such as titanium oxide particles or zinc oxide particles) is processed into plates. Examples of the ultraviolet scattering agent are titanium oxide particles and zinc oxide particles having a mean particle size of 100 nm or smaller. In addition, the resin forming the resin powder may be, in particular, a thermoplastic resin (for example, a polyamide resin). Such a plate-like resin powder may be a powder which is obtained by processing a plurality of resin particles including an ultraviolet scattering agent into plates.
