PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe-type medication kit which prevents a syringe and a distal implement from becoming independent of each other until just before use, keeps the distal implement that is to contact directly with a medicine solution in a hygiene condition, and allows a user to prepare the kit ready for medication quickly even during treatment.SOLUTION: The syringe-type medication kit comprises the syringe and the distal implement. A medicine solution is sealed within a cylinder of the syringe by arranging a cap detachably to a connecting part formed on one end of the syringe communicatingly and by arranging a plunger having a piston within the cylinder. The distal implement is formed to be attachable to the connecting section and discharges the medicine solution supplied from the cylinder via the connecting section. The kit comprises a storage case for storing the distal implement. The storing case comprises an openable storing section for storing the distal implement and an extending section connected to the storing section and extending in a predetermined direction.
