[Solution] The abovementioned problem is solved by configuration whereby a stretch region (80) is obtained by layering an elastic film (30) between a first sheet layer (20A) comprising a nonwoven fabric and a second sheet layer (20B) comprising a nonwoven fabric, the first sheet layer (20A) and the second sheet layer (20B) are joined through through-holes (31) formed in the elastic film (30) only at numerous joining sections (40) arranged at intervals in staggered fashion using the stretch direction and the direction orthogonal thereto as references in a state in which the elastic film (30) is extended in a stretching direction of the stretch region (80), the joining sections (40) are formed so as to be elongated in the direction orthogonal to the stretch direction and line-symmetrical about a center line passing through the center thereof in the stretch direction, the maximum width (40x) of the joining sections (40) in the stretch direction is 0.1-1.1 mm, the interval (d1) between joining sections (40) in the stretch direction is 3-12.9 mm, and the interval (d2) between joining sections (40) in the direction orthogonal to the stretch direction is 2-10.5 mm.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est dobtenir une région détirement ressemblant plus étroitement à laspect dun tissu tout en supprimant une diminution de la flexibilité.
