PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical X-ray imaging system, which includes an X-ray detection part having two kinds of imaging means so constructed as to prevent a removed holder part from hindering a patient or the like after one of the imaging means is removed.SOLUTION: The medical X-ray imaging system includes an X-ray emitting means 2 to emit an X-ray to an object O, the X-ray detection means 1 to detect X-ray transmitted through the object O, and a rotating means 3 to rotate the X-ray emitting means 2 and the X-ray detection means 1 opposedly.
