PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing limaprost is provided to prevent dissolution of alpha-cyclodextrin and inclusion compounds. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for oral tablet contains polyvinyl pyrrolidone and granules which is prepared by granulating a dispersion solution with inactive diulent. The dispersion solution is prepared by adding inclusion compounds of limaprost and alpha-cyclodextrin into anhydrous C1-C4 alcohol. The inactive diluents are cellulose derivatives, saccharides, corn starch, or mixture thereof.본 발명은 폴리비닐피롤리돈； 및 리마프로스트와 α-시클로덱스트린과의 포접화합물을 무수 C1∼C4 알코올 중에 가하여 얻어진 분산액을 결합액으로서 사용하여, 불활성 희석제와 함께 과립화하여 얻어진 과립을 포함하는, 경구용 정제 형태의 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
