PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano thin film transfer sheet and a method of producing a nano thin film transfer sheet which enable a nano thin film to be suitably transferred to an adherend.SOLUTION: A nano thin film transfer sheet 1 comprises dissoluble support layers 3a, 3b and a nano thin film layer 4 laminated between a first permeable base material 2a and a second permeable base material 2b. The first permeable base material 2a and the second permeable base material 2b are a base material which allows a solvent to permeate or pass through it, the solvent for the dissolution of the dissoluble support layers 3a, 3b.
