PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad having excellent leakage prevention property and providing excellent equipping feeling.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 100 comprises an absorption main body 14 in which a top sheet 18 and a back sheet are laminated in a state where an absorber 22 is interposed therebetween and a pair of three-dimensional gathers 26a arranged along with each of side edges 22a, 22b of the absorber 22 on the absorption main body 14. Each of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 26a comprises leakage preventing wall parts 27a standing form a standing line L of the three-dimensional gathers 26a and a three-dimensional gather stretch material 28 arranged on a tip end part of the leakage preventing wall parts 27a. Each of the leakage preventing wall parts 27a of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 26a comprises a projecting part 29a on an outside wall surface 82 opposite to wall surface which faces each other with an interposed absorber 22, in which a part from root 83 to tip 84 of the outside wall surface 82 projecting to outside relative to the direction along which the three-dimensional gathers 26a stand.
