The absorber 4 has: a plurality of high basis weight parts H dispersed in the plane direction and a low basis weight part L, which is disposed between the high basis weight parts H and has a lower basis weight than the high basis weight parts H. In the incontinence pad 1, both side parts in the longitudinal direction includes a waterproof sheet 6 and an elastic member 51 fixed to the waterproof sheet 6, and is provided with the standing gather 5 erected on the wearer side. In the standing gather 5, both end parts 50, 50 in the longitudinal direction have fixed parts F fixed to the surface sheet 2 in the state of facing down on the surface sheet 2 on the absorber 4, and the fixed parts F are located on the high basis weight parts H.
