PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable lancing device of novel construction capable of reliably and stably maintaining a puncture-ready position where a lancet is locked in a position to which a spring member is compressed, as well as carrying out a puncturing operation through unlocking of the lancet.SOLUTION: The disposable lancing device 10, 100 employs a locking ring 72 as a separate element from a housing 12 and a lancet 14. By turning the locking ring 72 alone, it is possible to unlock the lancet 14 that has been urged by a spring member 16 while being held in the puncture-ready position, thereby carrying out the puncturing operation. Also, the lancet 14 can avoid being subjected to the operating force for carrying out the puncturing operation from a lateral direction, and catching due to deviation of the center axis of the lancet 14 or increase of frictional force against other components are prevented, thereby achieving the puncturing operation in a stable manner.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ばね部材を圧縮した位置にランセットを係止した穿刺準備位置への保持と、係止解除による穿刺作動とを、確実に且つ安定した作動で行わせることが出来る新規な構造のディスポーザブル型穿刺器具を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明のディスポーザブル型穿刺器具10,100では、ハウジング12及びランセット14と別体の係止リング72を採用し、この係止リング72のみを回動操作することで、ばね部材16で付勢されて穿刺準備位置へ保持させたランセット14の係止を解除して穿刺作動させることができる。また、穿刺作動させるための操作力が、ランセット14に対して横方向に及ぼされることが回避されることから、ランセット14の中心軸のズレに起因する引っ掛かりや他部材への摩擦力の増大が防止されて確実に且つ安定した穿刺作動が実現され得る。【選択図】図10
