PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot massage mechanism capable of giving a variety of massages to the upper surface and the lower surface of the toe of a user, and giving a massage to the sole from the toe to the heel.SOLUTION: A foot massage mechanism 29 has a first massage member 30 for giving a massage to the upper surface of the toe of a user, and a second massage member 32 for giving a massage to the lower surface of the toe of the user.
