The present invention relates to a laver containing Moringa, Ampalaya and Graviola, which is prepared by mixing stem and leaf powders of Moringa, Ampalaya and Graviola with a conventional laver or coating the stem and leaf powders on the conventional laver, and more specifically, to a laver containing Moringa, Ampalaya and Graviola, which has more enhanced nutritive components by adding nutritive components of Moringa, Ampalaya and Graviola to the conventional laver. Polyphenols contained in the stem and leaf powders of Moringa, Ampalaya and Graviola are known to have 50 times and 100 times of antioxidative effects of removing reactive oxygen in the body compared to vitamin E and vitamin C, respectively. Moringa tea not only has effects of preventing the progress of several diseases including breast cancer and lung cancer, but also is helpful in preventing Parkinson&primes disease and dementia.
