The present invention provides a UVB-LED portable auto-tracking light psoriasis therapy device, which is dedicated for treating psoriasis. The device includes: a base body having one end formed thereon a transmission part a light therapy illumination member mounted in the base body and disposed at the transmission part, wherein the light therapy illumination member includes a plurality of light emitting diodes arranged in a matrix form for facing the transmission part and emitting light to the outside of the base body, and a spatial light regulator is further mounted at the top of the transmission part to change the brightness/darkness distribution of the light a camera member mounted on the base body and a database arranged in the base body and electrically connected to the light therapy illumination member and the camera member. The camera member is provided to photograph the psoriasis area to form local comparison data for being correspondingly compared with the data built in the database. In addition, a control unit is mounted in the base body and electrically connected to the database and the light therapy illumination member.
