PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prevention, improvement, and therapeutic agent of dysbolism generated with age and/or food and drink having prevention, improvement, and therapeutic action of dysbolism generated with age.SOLUTION: The prevention, improvement, and therapeutic agent of dysbolism includes the culture and/or the cell obtained by culturing the lactobacillus belonging to Bifidobacterium longum as an active constituent, and the food and drink having the prevention, improvement, and therapeutic effect of dysbolism comprising including such an active constituent is prepared.【課題】 加齢に伴って発生する代謝異常症の予防・改善・治療剤及び／または加齢に伴って発生する代謝異常症の予防・改善・治療作用を有する飲食品の提供。【解決手段】 ビフィドバクテリウム・ロンガム（Bifidobacteriumu longum）に属する乳酸菌を培養して得られる培養物及び／または菌体を有効成分とする代謝異常症の予防・改善・治療剤、さらにこのような有効成分を含有してなる代謝異常症の予防・改善・治療作用を有する飲食品を調製する。【選択図】図１
