PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a microcapsule composition of a physiologically active substance solid at a normal temperature and to provide a microcapsule composition produced by the production method.SOLUTION: The method for producing a microcapsule composition comprises (1) a process of preparing a mixed liquid obtained by mixing a liquid (i) formed by dispersing a physiologically active substance solid at a normal temperature to a water phase in which a dispersion stabilizer is uniformly dissolved with a liquid (ii) formed by adding a radically polymerizable monomer in which a polymerization initiator is dissolved to a water phase in which a dispersion stabilizer and an ionic surfactant are uniformly dissolved to give a blended liquid, applying shear stress to the blended liquid by a high-pressure homogenizer and micronizing the radically polymerizable monomer to a volume median particle diameter of &le2 &mum and then (2) a process of stirring the mixed liquid until the micronized radically polymerizable monomer in the mixed liquid formed by the process (1) is adsorbed on the circumference of the physiologically active substance solid at a normal temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、常温で固体の生理活性物質のマイクロカプセル組成物の製造方法およびその製造方法によって製造されることを特徴とするマイクロカプセル組成物を提供する。【解決手段】(1)分散安定剤を均一に溶解させた水相に、常温で固体の生理活性物質を分散させた液(i)と、分散安定剤とイオン性界面活性剤を均一に溶解させた水相中に、重合開始剤を溶解させたラジカル重合性モノマーを加え、この混合液を高圧ホモジナイザーでせん断力をかけることによって、ラジカル重合性モノマーを体積中位径で2μm以下に微細化した液(ii)とを混合した混合液を調製する工程、次いで、(2)(1)の工程で得られた混合液中の微細化されたラジカル重合性モノマーが、常温で固体の生理活性物質の周囲に吸着するまで攪拌する工程等を含むことを特徴とするマイクロカプセル組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
