PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel composite fine particles having novel superior properties and being suitable for cosmetics and light diffusion members.SOLUTION: The composite fine particles are synthesized by a step including steps of: preparing a reaction liquid by mixing spherical silicon fine particles, a solvent, a polymerizable monomer having one unsaturated group, a polymerizable monomer having two or more unsaturated groups, a polymerization initiator, and a dispersion stabilizer together turning the reaction liquid into droplets and polymerizing the droplets.
