PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition containing a scrubbing agent without unpleasant skin irritation and foreign body sensation and the like when washing the skin, having an excellent feeling of use while being able to exhibit a sufficient scrubbing effect, and providing a good condition to the skin after washing.SOLUTION: The invention provides a skin detergent composition containing (PEG-400/1,4-butanediol/SMDI) copolymer particles as a scrubbing agent.
