PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of preventing a fertilization device from contacting an obstacle to be damaged and allowing a worker to easily get on/off a travel vehicle body and easily keep a posture during work.SOLUTION: In the seedling transplanter, a seedling planting part 14 is arranged so as to lifted/lowered on a rear side of a travel vehicle body 7 including a side floor 5 arranged on a lateral side of an operation seat 1 and a rear floor 6 arranged in a rear part of the operation seat 1, and a fertilization device 19 is arranged on the rear floor 6, the fertilization device supplying a fertilizer to a farm field. On an outer side part of the side floor 5, an extension floor 20 and a getting-on/off step 21 for a workers getting-on/off are arranged.
