PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of beer or beer-like beverages capable of producing the beer or beer like beverages having low chromaticity transparence without destroying flavors imparted in production processes.SOLUTION: The invention provides a production method of beer or beer-like beverages, including at least following steps, (A) a step of extracting a hop under conditions having pH of 7.5 or more at the completion of the extraction, (B) a step of extracting raw materials other than the hop apart from the hop, (C) a step of mixing a broth obtained in the step A and that in the step B, and (D) a step of adjusting pH of a mixture obtained in the step C to 3.5 to 5.
