The present invention relates to a facility for farming fish and cultivating mushroom using sunlight, in which a mushroom cultivation house and a solar cell panel are installed on a cultivation field of a farming land to efficiently farm fish and cultivate mushroom. According to the present invention, the facility comprises: the mushroom cultivation house including a water tank capable of farming fish therein and installed on the upper end part of the water tank； and a sunlight collection unit and an operation unit controlling an internal environment of the mushroom cultivation house by a controller. The water tank is formed to circulate groundwater in operation of the controller and has a post vertically installed by interposing base supports therebetween. The mushroom cultivation house includes a moving path horizontally arranged on an outer sidewall including the base support to allow access of a worker, and growth and development trees, which have a mushroom host immersed therein, obliquely arranged with a handrail installed on both sides with respect to the post. The sunlight collection unit includes a solar cell module disposed on an inclined frame installed on an end of the post, and a shade detachably installed between the solar cell modules.
