PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide melamine foam by solving problems in a conventional method for heating and compressing melamine foam in which equipment becomes large, a high temperature is needed for heating and an extended period of time is necessary for compression, and a compression melamine foam processed surface is changed in color due to the high temperature and the extended period of time required, and a lot of defective products are also produced, and thereby the peeling fracture is reduced and the tensile-strength is improved in a compression melamine foam-used surface.SOLUTION: When melamine foam is heated and compressed, a cushioning material is placed on a hot-pressing lower mold and heated and compressed, and thereby the uniform and strong pressing force is generated on the whole melamine foam plane. This cushioning material also has enough elasticity, heat retaining properties and heat resistance, can achieve a suitable compression ratio in a short time at a low pressure even at a low-temperature, brings only a melamine foam cleaning surface into a high compression state, and also reduces the peeling breakage as well as the hardness is increased. In addition to that, impregnation of a thermoplastic resin necessary for improving tension strength is also included in one step to complete a technique.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来のメラミンフォームを加熱圧縮する方法においては、設備が大型となり、加熱に高温を要し、圧縮にも長時間が必要であった。又、高温と長時間を要することから圧縮メラミンフォーム加工面が変色し不良品も多く発生した。これらの課題と、圧縮メラミンフォーム使用面の剥離破壊の軽減、引張り強度の向上を課題とした。【解決手段】 メラミンフォームを加熱圧縮する際、加熱プレス下型上にクッション材を置き加熱圧縮することで、メラミンフォーム平面全体に均等且、強い加圧力が生じる。又、このクッション材は充分な弾力性と保温性と耐熱性を有し、低温によっても短時間、低圧力で好適な圧縮比を実現でき、メラミンフォーム清掃面のみを高圧縮状態とし、硬度が上昇すると同時に剥離破壊率も軽減した。それに加え、引張り強度向上のために必要な熱可塑性樹脂の含浸も一工程をもって完了する技術となった。【選択図】図５
