Preparing vesicles having hydrophobic property embeddable in a hydrophobic phase comprising a hydrophobic inner cavity and at least one bilayer constituted of two monolayers of amphiphilic lipids having hydrophilic pore space between these two layers comprises: (a) providing a hydrophilic medium, hydrophobic medium and amphiphilic lipids (b) mixing the hydrophilic medium, hydrophobic medium and amphiphilic lipids to form the vesicles and (c) recovering the vesicles.Linvention concerne un procédé de préparation de vésicules à caractère hydrophobe incorporables dans une phase hydrophobe comprenant une cavité interne hydrophobe et au moins une bicouche constituée de deux monocouches de lipides amphiphiles déterminant entre-elles un espace interstitiel hydrophile comprenant les étapes de :a) fournir un milieu hydrophile, un milieu hydrophobe et des lipides amphiphiles,b) mélanger le milieu hydrophile, le milieu hydrophobe et les lipides amphiphiles pour former les vésicules, le rapport massique entre le milieu hydrophile et les lipides amphiphiles étant compris entre 1/20 et 1/4.c) récupérer les vésicules.De préférence les vésicules sont matricielles.
