This creation is a kind of medication recording device that can record the patient's medication in a week (Monday to Sunday) or in a day (morning, noon, night, before going to bed). With a button recording device, when the button is pressed after taking medicine, the recorder can display the lamp number or color of the medication.If the medicine is not taken and the button is not pressed, the lamp number or color of the medicine is displayed.By this way, patients can know their medication status clearly, so as to avoid repeated medication, or even suspicions. They don't know whether they take the medicine or not, which will affect their work and rest, especially for the elderly and patients with poor memory.This creation is of great help to the physical and mental health of patients. We hereby develop this creation to improve the quality of life of patients.本創作系一種可記錄患者一星期中(星期一到星期日)或是一天當中(早上、中午、晚上、睡前)的服藥記錄裝置，藉由一按鈕記錄裝置，當服藥後按下按鈕，記錄器可顯示為已服藥的燈號或顏色。未服藥，未按下按鈕時，則是顯示未服藥的燈號或顏色。藉此患者可清楚知道自己的服藥狀況，以免重複服用藥物，甚至是疑神疑鬼，不知自己服藥了沒，影響作息，尤其針對老年人與記性差的患者。本創作對於患者的身理及心理都有很大的助益，特此研發本創作，以改善患者生活品質。
