Bacteria vaccines against diseases caused by A. hydrophila of fish, especially catfish, and methods related to the same. The recombinant proteins of A. hydrophila showing the best immunological protection, safety and efficacy as a vaccine are Fim, FimMrfG, OmpAI (OmpA1), TonB-dependent receptor (TonB-DR), and ATPase. These recombinant proteins can be injected intraperitoneally or expressed in an attenuated strain of another catfish pathogen, such as Edwardsiella ictaluri. The three recombinant proteins Fim, FimMrfg, and ATPase can also be combined with a live attenuated vaccine against enteric septicemia caused by vaccine antigens against virulent A. hydrophila infection, and ESC-NDKL1 is an effective delivery vehicle for the virulent A. hydrophila antigens.La présente invention concerne des vaccins bactériens contre des maladies provoquées par A. hydrophila chez les poissons, en particulier les poissons-chats, et des méthodes associées à ceux-ci.
