An organic material processing apparatus (10) is disclosed which decomposes inedible components (core, skin, seed, pithy material) of fruits and vegetables into edible materials having a creamy concentration. The device 10 includes a piston 28 in a container 13, which compresses the material and presses the material through a passage having a plurality of end-to-end connecting sections perpendicular to each other. There is an impact surface at the end of each section where the flowing material impinges.
