The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for an anti-wrinkle effect comprising a placenta extract hydrolyzed by an extra-high pressure system. The composition of the present invention comprises the low molecular placenta extract having 100-1500 Da molecular weights obtained by hydrolyzing a placenta at 10-500 bar pressure and 120-250 °；C temperature for 20 minutes to three hours, and therefore, has an increased absorption rate when used on a skin. In addition, by inhibiting the activities of an MMP-2 and an elastase, the anti-wrinkle effect can be obtained.본 발명은 초고압 시스템에 의해 가수분해된 저분자 태반 추출물을 포함하는 항주름용 화장료 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 태반을 압력 10 내지 500bar, 온도 120 내지 250℃의 조건에서 20분 내지 3시간 동안 가수분해하여 얻은 분자량 100 내지 1,500Da의 저분자 태반 추출물을 포함하고 있기 때문에 피부에 사용시 흡수율을 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한, MMP-2 및 엘라스타아제의 활성을 억제함으로써 항주름 효과를 볼 수 있다.
