PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of dust mixed in the sorting wind from a threshing device to fall on a driving motor for driving an opening/closing cover of a waste straw cutting device and a linkage mechanism from the driving motor to the opening/closing cover.SOLUTION: A waste straw processing device includes a waste straw cutting device 5, a waste straw conveying device, and a top cover 43 for covering the upper side of the waste straw cutting device 5 and the waste straw conveying device. An opening/closing cover 52 of the waste straw cutting device 5 is configured to be switchable in posture between a standing posture a1 capable of accepting waste straw being dropped and supplied from the waste straw conveying device and a closing posture a2 for making the waste straw being dropped and supplied from the waste straw conveying device flow down and discharged to a machine body rear side.
