PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a nozzle, in which a tube is not unintentionally dropped when the tube is hooked and pulled or the like, and the tube is easily inserted into the nozzle.SOLUTION: In the cap 1 with the nozzle having a nozzle part 3 to be inserted into a flexible tube, the nozzle part 3 includes a base part 10 projecting from a cap body 2, and a tapered truncated conical introduction part 11 to be continuous with the base part 10. A base end 12 which is made a thin neck shape by a step 10a is provided to the cap body 2 side of the base part 10. The introduction part 11 includes an introduction part body 14 which is continuous with the base part 10 and has the inclination of 2-7°, and a fore end introduction part 15 having the tapered surface 15a of 15-45°.
