PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter which can laterally displace land-leveling members, interlocked with the shaking of a pair of right and left side markers that are shaken to the outside of the machine frame, to form marks for the next planting travel on the surface of a field, and has high convenience and general-purpose properties. SOLUTION: This transplanter including a planting implement 7, liftably connected to the rear side of a travel machine frame 3, the land-leveling members 9 laterally arranged in front of the planting implement 7 and used for leveling a field, and a moving mechanism for laterally moving the land-leveling members 9, is such that a pair of right and left side markers 11, which are shaken to the outside of the machine frame to form marks for the next planting travel on the surface of the field; and a controller 79 for controlling the lateral movements of the land-leveling members 9 and the shaking of the right and left side markers 11 are disposed, with the controller 79 having a mode for automatically displacing the land-leveling members 9 in the shaking directions of the side markers 11; and a mode capable of positioning the land-leveling members 9 at a laterally central position, without being related to the shaking directions of the side markers 11.
